Blunder dismissal and pay the price?

In life, seldom do small mistakes have large consequences. In law, that is not always the case.  Telehop Communications' story is the tale of one Ontario company that just learned this lesson the hard way.  

In today's workplace law column in the Metro News, I review the consequences when an employer erroneously offers an over-valued severance package to a dismissed employee, who then accepts the great deal.
